The resort has announced a room renovation project starting on 1 Feb 2009 until 10 Jun 2009. Work will take place daily from 9am to 5pm. During this time, guests will be allocated in bures as far from the work areas as possible to ensure minimal noise disruptions. The resort apologize for any inconvenience caused.Located amongst the Mamanuca Islands, Malolo Island Resort is just 25 km (16 miles) west of Fijis Nadi International Airport. Malolo Island is over 2000 acres with the resort comprising of just 9 acres of the total area.Malolo Island can be accessed by Fast catamaran or private speedboat transfer from Denarau Harbour, or by seaplane.Accommodation consists of 49 Bures(30 Oceanview, 18 Deluxe Oceanview & 1 Family) all with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, beach towels, private verandah, tea & coffee making facilities & a fridge.The resort offers a wide range of free activities such as snorkeling, windsurfing, coral viewing, kayaking, Fijian cultural activities and more.Fishing, diving, parasailing, waterskiing, jetskiing, Island Hopping Tours, Dolphin Spotting Tours and Fijian Village Trips, Leilanis Spa treatments can be arranged at an extra cost.The resort has 2 swimming pools 1 for adults including swim-up bar, 3 restaurants Beach Bar, Terrace Restaurant & Treetops Restaurant (adults only), Talei Lounge (adults only).
